The house is located in a quiet area of Viareggio. There are two levels, very spacious (about 160 square meters) and equipped with a large and fresh garden in the shade of a beautiful fir tree.
On the ground floor there is a large living room and a large kitchen with access to the garden, on the first floor there are three comfortable double bedrooms, a bathroom with tub and two large terraces.
There are two bathrooms (one small with a bidet on the ground floor and the larger one with a bathtub and bidet on the first floor). The house is bright and cool in summer, parking space included (and possibility to park for free even in the street).
The house is located in a residential neighborhood, just outside the center (reachable on foot in 20 minutes). It is near the sea, which can be reached in about 20/25 minutes on foot through a beautiful pine forest (ideal during the day for picnics, walks, jogging and evenings where you can listen to music and have a drink).. in the vicinity (within 300 meters) there is everything that can be used during your stay, namely food, bars, ice cream parlor, pizzerias, supermarket, post office, bank, butcher, tobacconist, bakery, Pharmacy, laundry,.. and there is also a playground for the little ones, skating area with the possibility to rent rollerblades, tennis courts, football and soccer fields.
