House information:
- Two designated free parking spots in front of the house. Additional free parking space is available on the street. - No parking in the grass is allowed.
- We offer complimentary WiFi.
- Free washer and dryer available at the house.
- We offer pool heating for an additional $50 per night. It takes about 10-14 hours to fully warm up to 90º (maximum temperature for the pool). Let us know in advance if you want this option, so when you get to the house, the pool will already be heated for you.
- We offer a propane grill. There will be a $40 fee for its use. This fee would ensure that you don't have to clean the grill before checkout. You will be responsible for obtaining propane to use the grill, but if the tank is full when you get there, feel free to use it. Guests that request this service, understand that they are using the grill at their own risk and that they are liable for any damage caused by it.
Smoking is strictly prohibited:
- Cigarette, vape, or weed are strictly prohibited inside of the house. If smoking occurs during your stay, a $500.00 fee will be billed to your account, per occurrence.
Check in and check out:
- Check-in time at 3PM.
- Check-out time at 10AM.
Failing to check out at the time established (10:00 am) without approval by the host will incur extra charges:
-$50 dollars fee after 30 minutes past the checkout time.
-$50 dollars fee per hour past check out time. After 2 hours, guests will be charged the entire day base rate without discount, and this will not guarantee the guest's stay for that day.
-If an extent of the stay is needed, guests will have to do it the formal way and contact the host.
Leaving the house excessively dirty may incur an extra cleaning fee of $100 dollars.
Parking in the grass will incure in an extra fee of $100 dollars.
Violation of house rules may imply the immediate termination of the reservation without any refund.
