Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, wood cabinets with soft close doors, large island, and granite counter tops. Dining area in great room, pantry, high efficiency washer and dryer and a separate laundry tub. Outdoor kitchen to savor the Southwest Florida Life while grilling a steak and enjoying your favorite beverage – all while enjoying the one-of-a-kind Florida Sunsets.
Lounge by the saltwater pool or enjoy the Spa while relaxing in the Florida Sun. Seating for 8 inside the Villa and on the lanai. Sliding glass doors open to the lanai overlooking the canal and the back yard. Well established landscaping. Beach chairs, umbrella and cooler are provided for your beach excursion.
