Beautiful historic estate handed down for generations, surrounded by the greenery of Tuscany.
We have 5 structures, for a total of 26 beds, which can also be booked together.

The Villa has a fairly classic and elegant aspect, arranged on two levels, connected not only by the normal stairs but also by a beautiful glass lift.
The first floor is characterized by a habitable entrance, used as a meeting point for the four bedrooms, with a small terrace overlooking the cypress avenue, a typical Tuscan panorama. The four bedrooms are all double, including two overlooking a splendid habitable terrace with a magnificent view over the valley.
We have two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. On the ground floor, we continue with a small bathroom which is located in the entrance hall and continue in the large dining room, very scenic as its flooring recalls the famous black and white chessboard from the beginning of the century. This room acts as a partition between the kitchen, sitting room with fireplace and the large living room with adjoining study library.
Each room has its own French window overlooking the garden and private courtyard. The ground floor is all communicating creating a continuous harmony between the rooms, simulating a large open space, with the master lift in the center.
The outdoor area is really large and divides into a splendid wrought iron sitting room located in the garden of the avenue of cypresses, in which to enjoy excellent aperitifs or relax reading a good book, and then we also have an outdoor dining area located overhanging the grove of the estate, characterized by a lovely gazebo, under which it is possible to have lunch immersed in nature and greenery.
The farm has over 17 hectares of land, including a vast truffle ground, a varied orchard, and a large olive grove, in fact it produces extra virgin olive oil.
The property has a beautiful swimming pool accompanied by a magnificent tennis court, and also a small consecrated private church.
The location is really idyllic and excellent for walks and relaxation.
We are close to the major cities of Tuscany: Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Siena, San Gimignano, not to mention the fabulous seaside resorts with both beach and rock.
The village of Fauglia is a small historic center, reachable on foot in ten minutes. In the square there are three restaurants, two bars, an ice cream shop and other small shops.
