Positive: Travelled with the Family from the UK and stayed for 11 Nights on a fly drive holiday, Owner messages you access code 24 hrs prior to arrival . Owner responded to questions very quickly when asked, prior and throughout our stay. The Villa is lovely and ideal for families, Private pool is lovely after a hot day out and about, even with Pool Floats provided, lovely ambient colour changing lighting in pool area, deck beds and chairs, a gas BBQ is also provided. Everything you can possibly think of is provided in the Villa with excellent internet connection throughout. It is ideally located in Davenport not far from any of the main attractions, all a short drive away, but located in a nice quiet estate with all neighbours in the area of a friendly disposition. The 4 Bedrooms are well furnished with TVs in all rooms, with the Master Bedroom having an on-suite bathroom. All the Major Supermarkets Publix, Walmart, Target, Aldi are all a short drive away. Many restaurants and other shops within the local vicinity and had food deliveries to the Villa without issue. Have stayed in a few Villas over the years but this one was probably the best and one I have enjoyed staying at the most. I will definitely be back and would have no hesitation in booking this Villa again. Thank You Perry for Hosting my family in your Villa we enjoyed it immensely.

Negative: My Tidiness !!! We did Tidy prior to our departure but having read the Review of the Guests after us (Barbara) I admit that I did forget to Clean the BBQ after use during our Stay. My Apologies to Barbara and Family & the Owner completely my Fault. I hope it did not affect your stay too much and thank you Barbara for not reflecting this on your Score of the Villa.
