5 Bedroom Villa in Novel, Annecy

We are letting our fully renovated house (2022-2023).
Located in a quiet street in Annecy with easy access to the town centre or the lake.

In the Novel district, close to all amenities: bakery 10 metres away, Carrefour Market 5 minutes' walk away, restaurants, hairdresser, tobacconist, etc. Very pleasant to live in and ideal for enjoying the lake and mountains.

On the ground floor, you will find a large, very convivial room with a kitchen opening onto the garden, as well as a dining room and a sitting area. A master bedroom with double bed and a bathroom complete this level.
On the 2nd floor of the house, there are 4 bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with a 120cm bed and two bedrooms with pull-out single beds), a shower room with WC and a shower room. Ideal for a large family.

Sheets and towels not included; can be hired for €20 per person. Bathmats, tea towels and tablecloths included.

Please note: the house does NOT have Wi-Fi or television.

Outside:
A large garden with barbecue will allow you to enjoy the evenings.
Bikes available: 4 adult bikes, 2 children's bikes
Table tennis, Molki and other outdoor games.
You can park your car inside the house or outside (free street parking).

We also have chickens that you can feed if you wish and a vegetable garden!
