A charming villa of 120sq metres located in the village of Eze Bord De Mer which is situated on the coast between Beaulieu and Monaco. The Villa was built in the 1920's and retains original features of this period. The accommodation recently redecorated and is located over two floors and due to the nature of the terrain both floors have access to the garden, with oranges and lemons, and terraces all of which have stunning uninterrupted views from Eze Village to the east to Cap Ferrat to the west The beach is an easy 5 minute downhill walk away but a rather longer uphill return. There is a bus that's runs through the village every 20 minutes to Menton, via Monaco, one way and to Nice, via Beaulieu and Villefranche, the other. Also there is a train station with trains that run along the coast from Ventemillia (in Italy) to Cannes.
Although the initial access to the property is up a flight of unlit steep steps, the sitting room, kitchen, a double bedroom, the main bathroom and a large terrace are all on one level so could suit someone of restricted mobility.
We have fibre (FTTP) high speed internet throughout the property. This provides the TV with its signals from the UK. We only have English TV.
There is a spiral staircase to the upstairs where there are two further bedrooms and an adjoining external small wet room, with shower and WC, that can also be accessed straight from the swim spa outside.
We have a basement bedroom which is accessed through the garage or through the kitchen which has a bunk bed in it. This room does not have any windows but does have a en-suite bathroom and Air-conditioning. This can be made up for an extra fee. If you require this please request it at time of booking. Please be aware the house is designed for 6.
The house does have a medium garage, unfortunately the garage does not have any suitable power sockets to charge a electric vehicle.
There is a heated 4.2m Swim spa. The swim spa also has multiple seats and massage jets that you would expect to find in a normal spa as well as jets to swim against. The spa can be enjoyed by adults and children alike. Over the winter months (October-April) this maybe turned off but can be filled and heated for you upon request for an additional fee please request this with your booking if required.
