Located on the mezzanine floor (four steps from the ground floor) of a prestigious and historic "Liberty" style building, in the past already used as a hotel, it has a total area of about 60 square meters that develop with a graceful living room equipped with a practical and comfortable double sofa bed and a spacious marine style wall wardrobe. In the dining room, we find a large kitchenette with equipped kitchen, fan oven, fridge with freezer, stove, utensils and equipment, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and an extendable table with chairs. The area has a window with a mosquito net.
From the living room, through a hallway also equipped with a practical built-in closet, you enter the sleeping area where there is a lovely and well-kept double bedroom with a double bed as well as a large wardrobe with two doors. The bathroom is equipped with all facilities, including the tub / shower.
The house has autonomous air conditioning with splitter in every room by means of a heat pump (cold and hot air), independent heating and continuous hot water.
