Even Florence can easily be reached in just an hour's drive. For those who want to spend a day on the beach, the Versilia coast awaits. In front of the house there is a beautiful terrace equipped with barbecue for outdoor dining, and on one side, on an overhanging terrace, is the swimming pool (11x3, 1.40 m deep) (17/5-27/10).
