The village of BROUILLA with its long wine-growing tradition is located on the left bank of Tech, facing the Alberes mountain range, a natural border with Spain.
A motorized gate, giving access to a large courtyard and carport allows you to access our CASA ELLIOT villa.
You enter the house through a large hall with WC and cupboard.
The corridor on the left leads you to the sleeping area. On the ground floor 3 bedrooms with double beds (160x190,140x190, 140x190), 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds, 1 bathroom with shower, bath and 2 basins then a 2nd bathroom with walk-in shower and basin , and a 2nd WC.
Upstairs 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed 140x190, the other with 2 single beds 90 x190.
Sheets and towels are not provided, you must provide them or rent them on site.
The right corridor gives access to the day area, a large living room with air conditioning, satellite TV, HIFI, dining area and open kitchen very well equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster etc. ...) separated from the living room by a bar.
Attached to the kitchen is the utility room with washing machine.
French doors from the living room open onto a large terrace. a covered wooden pergola allows you to eat in the shade while enjoying the view of the ALBERES. A large barbecue and a summer kitchen with plancha allow you to cook outdoors.
The swimming pool, in front of the terrace, is protected by an electric security cover; many deckchairs allow you to fully enjoy the garden. An outdoor shower allows you to cool off.
A pétanque court and a ping pong table are also available.
ADSL and WIFI are included. Smokers are requested to do so in the garden.
The center of the village is about 400 m away; you will find a mini-market (grocery, bread, tobacco, newspapers), a pizaria, hairdresser.
2 supermarkets are within 4 km (intermarket and crossroads) and Leclerc au Boulou 8 km.
BROUILLA is in the heart of the Roussillon plain where you can take long walks or bike rides on the cycle paths.
You can swim on the many Mediterranean beaches 11 km apart (ST CYPRIEN or ARGELES).
Spain is about twenty km away. Many remarkable sites are to be visited: Collioure, Cadaques, Thuir, Eus, Castelnou, baths of St Thomas etc.
