Summary: We had an amazing time. The service and communication were absolutely flawless - we cannot rate the staff highly enough. Some of our family were sick while there and the Bumbak team went out of their way to make us feel looked after. The villa was beautiful and comfortable and our daily in-villa breakfast was delicious. We also had an in-villa spa day and a few separate massages during our trip, all of which was reasonably priced and wonderful. Something to note is that the location is slightly out of the way. It IS close to restaurants (some really great ones - something that this area has over the main Seminyak areas in a big way) BUT you can’t walk from the villa safely as there are no footpaths, very dirty open drains and lots of motorcycle traffic (it is Bali, after all). We didn’t mind and just took very cheap Gojek cars everywhere (we noted a lot of tourists in the area rented scooters to get about…terrifying and not for us!). We would absolutely recommend this villa. We had an idyllic holiday!
