Set in a peaceful spot, the villa is ideal for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. In Montelupo Fiorentino (3 km), you can find shops and restaurants and some of the must-see cities in Tuscany are within easy driving distance – including Florence, Lucca and Pisa.
The 500 square metre villa consists of a small cottage and a villa with two separate flats (which are rented as one) which are connected by an interior door. It is possible to rent the villa with the exclusive use of the pool (10 + 1 beds) or rent the entire property - villa and cottage (14 + 3 beds).

On the ground floor you will find two large living rooms (with comfortable seating) and a well-equipped kitchen (with table seating 4).
