The property is very versatile; it can be used by a small group having the use of the upstairs part of the villa’s accommodation only, which has 2 bedrooms, sleeping 6 people, bathroom and separate loo and the pool-house shower and loo. Or the whole villa can be used for larger groups which comfortably sleeps 15 people within its six bedrooms, with 3 bathrooms and one separate loo within the villa and in the pool-house a shower and extra loo. The reception areas are very spacious. The main reception room can be opened up onto the hall with folding french doors, and onto the front veranda with 2 further sets of French doors. The veranda at the back of the property is especially large with two seating areas, which overlook the pool area and the back garden. The kitchen and dining areas are very well equipped for cooking and dining at home. But the area abounds with wonderful restaurants and if you wish to dine out, you will not be disappointed! The pool is large and the area surrounding it has been designed to accommodate sun-beds for everyone, whilst also allowing room for children to run and play. The gardens are lovely, delighting your every sense.
