Beautiful courtyard villa. This is a corner lot, so you have plenty of private space in the back yard. Centrally located in golf course neighborhood, nearest championship course is Cane Garden. This house has no carpets, only hardwood flooring. Master bedroom and guest bedroom as suites, each with its own bath. Dining area for 6.
2 flat screen TV's, WIFI, and a nice lanai for your morning coffee or outside dinners. Villa fully stocked with Keurig coffee machine, microwave, toaster, sheets, towels, etc. A gas golf cart and bicycle are available on site. This home has everything you need.
Less than 10 minutes golf cart ride to all the shops, restaurants, and entertainment provided at Lake Sumter Landing.
