From the living room a hallway with two doors leads to the beautiful travertine staircase that leads to the first floor. One of the two doors opens onto a spacious service bathroom (toilet, cabinet with sink, bidet, washing machine and window). The door at the bottom instead gives access to a room with two beds (combinable only on request when booking).
The travertine staircase that connects the ground floor to the first floor lands in a small hallway on which open the door to the double bedroom (non-divisible bed) and that of the complete bathroom with walk-in shower.
On request, a cot for infants or a cot with bars for children up to three years can be provided.
Autonomous central heating, in winter, will be paid in full consumption as well as wood for the journey.

The paved square in front of the barn and which divides the two houses belongs to the same. A parking lot next to the entrance is reserved for guests. The entrance to the house borders a low traffic municipal road bordered by a stone wall with automatic gate. The property has an area of about 4 ha with olive grove, vineyard orchard and a large vegetable garden where customers can take advantage of vegetables, eggs and seasonal fruit.
On the opposite side of the entrance to the property there is a beautiful olive grove with a large garden where you can relax, a swimming pool (5x10 uniform depth 1.60) for the exclusive use of the guests of the house and a panoramic view of the Chianti area. Swimming pool open from 15/05 to 15/09.
