Positive: We stayed is Bali Droom Villa second time. The hotel is an exceptional experience for anyone who stays there, as they are well looked after 24/7. The people who work there, their service, location, tidiness, food, massages, are second to none!!!

Negative: With the rain season some pavings get slippery, and my father-in-law had a fall when was getting out of a taxi one rainy day. To be fair, with every rain all the pavings are vigorously getting brushed and washed with a high pressure machines by plenty of employees at the hotel, so you can’t look after the pavings any better. It’s just a bad luck, I guess.

Summary: Everything was exceptional!
