Almost all the main tourist attractions, including Place Massena with the famous Fountain of the Sun, the Palais Lascaris Museum and the Albert I Garden are just 15 minutes away by tram. The tram stop is just below the building, so no need to take the car to get around. For a day on the beach, it is only 20 minutes to the beautiful Promenade des Anglais and its beaches. Art lovers will find the Marc Chagall Museum and the Henri Matisse Museum a 10-15 minute drive or a 25-minute walk.
