Positive: The location was excellent although it could get noisy at night. The property is in the old town in a very narrow alley with lots of shops and restaurants - very covenient and lively neighourhood. Good to walk around and experience the old town. The size of the property was good for three people.

Negative: We had to pay for bath towels. This is the first time we stayed where the property did not provide standard amenities. No made up beds - we had to arrange the sheets and pillow cases. Only one roll of toilet paper for a family of three staying 6 nights. No amenities for bathroom - no soaps, no bin bags, etc. No proper sofa/couch in the living area - there is a foam matress/balnket on top of spring pushed against the wall with some cushions used for the back.. Not quire sure what to make of it. The shower head is very old spraying water everywhere. As no bath mats were provided, the bathroom could get wet and slippery. The TV did not work (melted battery in a remote control).

Summary: The location is good but the property requires a refresh and upkeep.
