351 Mockingbird Road is an extensive 5-bedroom vacation rental with ample space for up to 10 people.

With a large south facing terrace and an 8m pool, you can enjoy the Florida sunshine all day long.
Located on the peaceful Lake Wilson Preserve the property is situated on a quiet corner plot with a large driveway easily accommodating three vehicles. There is also a front green for badminton etc.
The extensive property is set over two levels.
On the first floor you will find the Master bedroom with King size bed and en-suite (twin basins, large bath,
and shower). The bedroom accesses the large balcony overlooking the pool and wooded conservation area.
There is also a double bedroom with Queen bed, and two further bedrooms each with two Twin (3ft) beds. All bedrooms have Smart Roku TVs. There is a family bathroom also on this level.
On the ground floor there are two sitting rooms with Smart TVs, the main lounge enjoying a 60inch screen.
There is an extensive Kitchen Dining area which leads out to the Terrace where there is further dining, BBQ and of course the Pool. Also, on this level is a bathroom and the fifth bedroom, with Queen bed and smart TV.
Access to the double garage is from the hallway where the washing and drying facilities are located. Also, in here you will find the pool table.
Orlando International Airport is approximately 35 minutes away, and Melbourne International Airport is around an hour.
You will only be 9 miles from Disney, 20 miles from Universal Studios and 3 miles from Reunion water park.
There are more golf courses than you can swing a driver at within a 20-minute radius, with Reunion and Champions Gate within 5 minutes!
Downtown Orlando is around 40-minute drive where you will find the most extensive diversity of restaurants catering for all your dietary requirements.
Supermarkets Aldi and Publix along with a Liquor store are less than 5 minutes away. Walmart is a 15-minute drive. We appreciate diverse dietary requirements, and we ask that you let us know via your booking.
We will ensure that dairy or plant-based milk and butter are provided in the fridge before your arrival along with a starter of tea, coffee and a loaf of bread.
