This is very much the hub of the home and a great place to simply unwind or enjoy a movie together. The Modern Kitchen is fully equipped to cater for all your needs. A great place to prepare a quick snack for your guests or a more formal evening meal.
The Dining Area with seating for 6 guests (can extend to seat 10 guests) just oozes elegance and is another lovely addition to the home. A place to enjoy some home cooking and catch up with the family after a day at the parks or shopping malls over a glass of wine or 2.
Games room - Accessed from the hallway, the double garage has been transformed into an entertainment hub, featuring a pool table, dartboard, and Roku TV.
The Outside Area - boasts a covered lanai with ceiling fans and plenty of outside dining space with an 8m pool and sun loungers. It’s a delightful place to enjoy the conservation view from the pool deck whilst the children play in the pool.

- Motorcycles and Golf carts are not allowed unless they are street legal and registered like other motor vehicles.
They must be parked in the garage (they are not allowed if you home has the garage converted to a games room).
- Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing
- Electric Cars: It is prohibited to charge vehicles at the home. Failure to adhere to this will result in a $500 fine per charge plus electricity costs.
- Must leave proprty in the same state of cleanliness and general order as found.
