The villa itself is newly furnished to a very high standard, in a cozy and modern way to complement the Floridian Lifestyle. Vila has 12` ceiling with crown molding, high end ceiling fans in every room, Bathrooms have all been upgraded with grab bars for the handicap. We have all kinds of beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, toys for children, small life jackets, our professional cleaners spend 6 hours to clean the house prior to every rental. Unlike other companies we wash all bedding between every rental. Pool alarms on every door going out to the pool to protect your small kids from harm.
