Newly remodeled bathrooms & kitchen. This beautiful 12 person villa that sits on Lake Delton in the heart of Wisconsin Dells. 3 Bedroom villa that sleeps 12 located right on Lake Delton. The only house on the lake that gives you a free pontoon rental for a 5 day midweek stay. Stand alone buildings are a variety on the lake and this villa doesn't disappoint. Resort access includes firepit, resort activities and pool. Enjoy all the lake has to offer along with free paddleboard and canoe rental. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), and big groups. Enjoy two resort piers and private deck with a weber gas grill. This is a must see. Wake up and enjoy an outdoor deck that sits over wonderful Lake Delton.

Summary: PROS: good house space - air conditioned - 3 televisions - free kayak/padde board rentals - clean beach/lake and heated swimming pool at your fingertips - free waterpark tickets CONS: online pictures are deceiving - dishwasher leaked - cords hanging everywhere - kitchen not stocked for 12 people - 2 hide-a-beds in living room very uncomfortable (can't sleep on them) - open fireplace hazardous for small children - living room blinds don't close (slats missing) - no daily services (clean towels, empty trash, stock soap/shampoo) - outdoor washer unbalanced and dryer doesn't dry very fast - No rules posted anywhere - no outside lights on deck - Damage deposit refund not prompt ----- Would we rent this space again? Definitely not at this price! The cost should be about 1/2 of current price until all remodeling (old office to current villa) has been completed.
