Villa Dalaromeri with fenced private pool and stunning views of the beautiful Lac de Serre Ponçon, the largest reservoir in Europe. The area is ideal for lovers of water sports (kayaking, water skiing and rafting), hikers (beautiful walks from the village of Savines-le-Lac) and cyclists. Here everything is within walking distance, the lake shore and several restaurants, three bakeries and a supermarket. The cozy Embrun (10 km) is within easy reach.
The villa is located in a well-kept residential area, where all around you the mountainous surroundings are visible. In front of the garage you can park two cars and the driveway offers parking as well. There are two spacious terraces at the house, one at the front of the house, where there is a nice lounge set with thick cushions. From here you have a beautiful view of the lake and the mountain peaks behind. This view is even more beautiful from the second terrace. This is undoubtedly the place where you will consume your meals. A large (gas) barbecue including cooking facilities is provided outside. The vegetation in the form of beautiful hedges and lavender bushes ensures sufficient privacy. The fenced swimming pool (9x5) is accessible from the terrace through a lockable gate. There is also a retractable cover so you can swim early in the year because the heat is retained. At the pool there are several sunbeds.
Upon entering, stairs lead upstairs to the salon. Pleasant light thanks to large windows and the lake view is magnificent. A sitting area with wood-burning stove and a flascreen TV. The 12-seater dining table leads to the open kitchen which is fully equipped.
On this floor are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
From the living room a staircase (stair gate) to a spacious loft. A play paradise for children. Many toys, games and a television with DVD player.
