Positive: Giuseppe met us as we arrived and showed us around the entire property. He had welcoming snacks and drinks ready as well. He was superb and when we had questions via WhatsApp, he quickly answered. Two groceries close by plus a number of restaurants. Great location.

Negative: Everything was great. No complaints.

Summary: Fantastic respite in Bologna.
