Positive: The apartment was comfortable.

Negative: Taking a shower became a real adventure. It was very uncomfortable to manage it. Or the water was too cold, or too hot, and it would spray all over the place except your body, causing flooding. After spending long days at the museums, going up the stairs to the 4th floor became a real challenge.
