• Only flush toilet paper. Do not flush feminine products, diapers, or wet wipes, as they can clog the system and may result in repair charges.

• Guests acknowledge and assume full responsibility for their personal safety and the safety of all occupants, including minors, during their stay. • Use of any pools, hot tubs, lakes, or other water features is strictly at the guest’s own risk, and minors must be supervised at all times.
• Bunk beds (if any) may only be used by children ten (10) years of age or older and are used entirely at the guest’s own risk.
• Use of fireplaces, fire pits, propane tanks, and gas grills is also at the guest’s own risk; flames must not be left unattended, and guests shall not alter or tamper with any equipment.
• By occupying the property, guests agree to these terms and release the host/property owner from all related liability.
