Summary: This large, attractive, 400 year old property has tons of character, with ample family accommodation. There is a well appointed kitchen/dining room with a dishwasher, although there is no access to the laundry facilities. Our family of nine had a very enjoyable week here. It is well placed for Cholet, Grand Parc Puy du Fou, the Oriental Park at Maulivrier and only an hour from coastal beaches. Within walking distance are shops, bank, etc and park with kids play area. The garden is extensive and enclosed, although, at the moment the patio area is not really safe for toddlers or those with limited mobility. It's worth noting that the house is stacked with interesting artefacts, objet d'art and designer furniture. Artwork and mirrors were stood on floors. African art abounds. Some items were precariously balanced on furniture and radiators, which all adds to its charm and character, but may cause holiday-makers some anxiety.
