Villa Zirconia is an elegant and welcoming three-story villa located on a hillside, facing the sea. It sleeps nine people. Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 8 meters (26 feet) long. The swimming pool has a sinuous shape. The area is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers, and it is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the sea at a distance. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.
Patio
The patio is 45 square meters (485 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by retractable awnings and by a wood roof. It is equipped with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue and a small wood-fired pizza oven. Here you will find a fitness area equipped with a treadmill. From the patio you will enjoy a view of the greenery and of the sea at a distance.
Garden
The garden is 2500 square meters (27000 square feet). It is partly shaded by trees. You will be able to reach it from the patio along an external stairway, climbing 12 steps. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery.

The ceiling of the living room has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming, and include two sofas. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. The floor is paved with terracotta tiles. It is equipped with a four-burner induction cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. There is a small fireplace. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio. The room also has two windows.
