The entire villa is yours during your stay, no space is sharing with others, please note as we don't own the rice fields in front of the villa, you may experience some farmers passing in front. as they are working on their land, this is just natural and we can't do anything against it. take it as an opportunity to see more of the locals life!, road access condition, as this villa is new and located on a remote location with rice field view, the road access is not smooth and perfect. the road is narrow, made of limestone not asphalt, could be muddy after a long rain, and have potholes here and there. there are no lampposts on the limestone road heading to the villa, so it can be dark at night, if you rent a car, please be aware to bring a smaller car when you arrive at the villa, as a big car may not fit in the road. a car bigger than a toyota avanza, may not be suitable to the road, villa with rice field view, as nature is integral to the villa, during the night, you may hear peaceful noises which come from the insects who inhabit the rice field. this is the charm of living close to nature in ubud.this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties, please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, managed by a private host
