The house has on the ground floor a very large living room of 100 m2 which opens directly onto the terrace and the large garden of 1300 m2. The living room consists of an entrance, a double living room, and a dining room. The kitchen of 25m2 approximately, with central island, opens on the dining room and the terrace.
The marine-inspired decoration immerses you even more in the marine and sports spirit of the Trinité-sur-Mer.
A garden furniture, a large garden table and barbecue are available. The terrace and garden feature night lighting and electric extra heating. Parking for 2 big cars.
The house is equipped with a heat pump for heating and air conditioning.
Linens, towels and bath towels are provided. The beds are ready just before your arrival. A full departure cleaning is included in the rental regardless of the length of stay.
