You reach the villa via a private road lined with trees, leading to the entrance gate. The 1000 sq. m. garden is completely fenced, mostly with lawn and includes the enclosed swimming pool with Infinity edge, measuring 15 metres by 8 with a depth of 1.5 m, with two hydromassage areas with a depth of 0.9 metres. The bathing area in stone surrounds 3 sides of the pool and has modern furniture, umbrellas and sunbeds. The villa has wood furniture and tapestry typical of a country house, creating a welcoming and cosy atmosphere. The house has two floors. The main entrance is on the ground floor, with large, bright open spaces and large windows. The living area has large arches, a fireplace and wood beams on the ceilings, with sofas and a TV for your comfort, while the dining room has a table for 16 persons and access to the garden. The kitchen also has a large central table, and is fully equipped. Rounding up the ground floor are two double bedrooms with bathroom with shower and a small bathroom with washing area. The first floor has 3 double bedrooms, each with bathroom with bathtub, a double bedroom with bathroom with bathtub and shower, a bedroom with two French beds with bathroom with bathtub and shower, a bedroom with 2 French beds with bathroom with bathtub.

The villa is in a large nature reserve with large valleys of olive trees, open areas and woods, a true paradise for nature lovers.

The pool is available from May 1st to October 10th. Access to the villa via 1 km of gravel road. Pets are allowed, upon request. For stays with a pet the amount of the deposit will be Eu 1000.00. Not drinkable water. Check-in: between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. For late arrivals a 40 Euros fee will be applied.
