The villa is located in La Napoule, near Cannes. A beautiful villa (250 m2) on a 2500m2 plot. The swimming pool can be heated and is 13 metres long. It is sunny most of the day. Several sun loungers are available on the lovely poolside terrace. There are two levels with terraces. On the upper terrace there is a dining table for 10 people, with a beautiful sea view over the bay of Cannes. The lower terrace has a lovely sitting area with a beautiful view over the garden. The beach and shops are a 10-minute walk away. The centre of Cannes is 10 minutes away by car or bus.
There is a barbecue. Lawn for children. The property is fenced and has an electric gate. Ideal for families with children.
