Positive: Absolutely romantic and the same time convenient house to stay for family and/or friends. House is located 10 minutes by car from the airport, beaches and big shopping mall. All these locations are also reachable by bus (bus stop is 80m from the entrance). Huge supermarket intermarché is 15 minutes on foot or 5 by car. Going to Nice is also easy (by bus or by car). All facilities and devices (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, oven, etc.) in house are in good or perfect condition. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and other utensils which are new, clean and pleasant to use. Furniture is well maintained. Beds are very comfortable with fresh bedsheets. Two bathrooms are spacious and clean. House is easy to clean and has very good vibes due to nice decoration and antique furniture pieces. Car parking is included, convenient and spacious. There are two gardens - front and back, both equipped with tables and chairs. Magnificent view from both gardens and breathtaking night view conclude the atmosphere of watching the nature and sea. Place is quite isolated and well separated from other houses. The host is very a friendly gentleman, answers all questions within short time. For check-in and check-out procedures we had to coordinate with a nice lady living in the neighbouring house.
Negative: Property is fine, no objections. Some noise from airplanes, but you stop noticing it after 2 days.
