In the right wing you will find the kitchen with dining area and fire place, that is decorated in a beautiful mixture of timeless island elegance and a touch of European modernism. One level below, the master bedroom and bathroom are located, airy and very private. In the left wing 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a second kitchen provide a semi-independent unit. All the rooms are air conditioned. The villa has the atmosphere of a classical Greek island villa but remains light and surprising. There are terrace areas around the villa where shade and privacy can be found. The villa has a private parking area. A private road leads down to a small beach that is only used by the few villa owners that have properties bordering with it. A boat can be moored in the bay.
