Summary: Jean-Michel became a real friend and gave us lots of tips re the area and Nice - including parking our car at the Park Azure tram terminus and getting the tram into Nice, rather than stressful driving. With regard to driving - make sure that you do not rent too large a car, as the roads are very narrow with lots of blind hairpin bends. Jean-Michel’s house is ideally located to explore the area and is only a 20 minute drive from the airport. The house exudes old French charm, complimented by the pool and hot tub. If you are fortunate to have Jean-Michel there during your stay ask him to prepare an authentic Pan Baignet for you - it is delicious. It was a real pleasure and privilege to be guests in Jean-Michel’s home and we are looking forward to returning when we can. The Lawrie family.
