In a lovely setting on a hillside, this Villa is placed among olive groves and cypress plants. Encircled by the most incredible views of Florentine countryside, Villa I Cipressi has almost everything: privacy, comfort, space inside and outside, panoramic pool, sun, shade and the list goes on and on. A great base as well from which to explore the heart of Tuscany with Florence (easily reachable in 35 minutes by train), Mugelloshire, Fiesole, the Chianti Rufina, Borgo San Lorenzo, Scarperia, Bilancino Lake, Barberino’s and Mc Arthur Faschion Outlets and Mugello circuit (very famous for Motorcycle Grand Prix). All these situations are less than 40 minutes driving. The house is composed of 4 apartments (4+4+2+4) with independent entrances, but it is rented as private villa for 3/4 families and couples or group of friends. The fixtures and fittings are of good standard and the furnishing are tasteful. To one side of the property are a swimming pool which also provides an excellent panorama, a large garden and a pergola of wisteria flowers for “dining al fresco.” On request it is possible to rent a vintage FIAT 500, make an experience in Mugello circuit and have a private chef at home. Extra costs are payable at location: visitor’s tax 2 euro per person per day.
