The villa offers four spacious bedrooms spread over 3 floors and is fully air-conditioned. On the ground floor is a bright living area with dining table and large sliding doors opening onto the terrace overlooking the pool.
From the terrace you overlook the wonderful infinity pool (can be heated) and the views towards the sea.
The villa has been decorated in a modern style offering a well equipped modern kitchen with induction/gaz hob and American fridge, large living room and dining room that opens up onto a beautiful terrace where guests can enjoy the beautiful views towards the hills and the Mediterranean.
On the first floor is a spacious master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. On that same floor there is another double bedroom with an ensuite shower room.
On the garden level can be found another large bedroom/studio with ensuite shower room and kitchenette. The 4th double bedroom with ensuite shower room can also be found on this level together with a fully equipped laundry room.
The tastefully landscaped garden has a large salt water swimming pool (that can be heated), surrounded by sun beds and a good sized dining area accommodating 10 guests with a Gaz BBQ. A lovely shaded area with lounge chairs overlooking the pool provides another area for quiet relaxation.
