You will be greeted directly at the villa by the couple of caretakers who live there. They live in a small independent apartment and out of sight on the ground floor of Villa Jade. The spaces described above and all that is shown in photos are for private use and exclusive of the tenants. The guards don’t have access.

We reserve the right to refuse pool heating at any time before arrival if we feel that the weather conditions do not allow it. Any cancellation must be requested at least 15 days before arrival, otherwise the service will be due in full. Any last-minute request (less than 7 days before arrival) will result in a 50€ surcharge for the professional’s unexpected trip. Please contact us for further information.

Any stay interrupted or shortened by the tenant will not justify any refund. In case of a ban occurring during the stay, only days not consumed would be refunded.
