The villa opens onto a large living room offering comfortable sofas to sit on and a fireplace, with terraces on both sides offering plenty of natural light and beautiful garden views. Leading from there, a smaller lounge is next to the living room with large windows opening onto the lawn, then a dining room for 8 guests opening onto the kitchen fully equipped with breakfast bar, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Gaggenau steam and conventional oven, microwave oven, blender, Sodastream, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee, etc. There is a utilities room behind the kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer. All the ground floor rooms have direct access to the garden and pool area.
The Master bedroom is located on the first floor with balcony, queen-size bed, fitted wardrobe, ensuite bathroom with shower, bathtub, and WC. On the left of the lobby, there is an armoured door leading to the night area with guest WC, one twin room (can be turned into double) with ensuite shower room and WC. On the first floor of this area, there are two double rooms with king-size beds, ensuite bathrooms with either shower or bathtub, WC, and fitted closet. There are another 2 double rooms with independent access, all with ensuite shower room, plus an independent apartment with lounge, kitchen and one bedroom.
The house offers several terraces to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, or alfresco dining in the shade, with a traditional BBQ, a summer lounge built in the stone walls and a fountain next to it to enjoy the sound of water. The 15x6 metre swimming pool is surrounded by a sun terrace with lounge chairs and sits in the middle of the large lawn garden with grand palm trees around it.
