Villa Chris can sleep up to 10 people plus 2 extra on request (small space for guests, recommended only to children) in 6 bedrooms (two doubles and four twins (with joinable beds), six bathrooms (two with bathtub and four with shower).
Villa Chris is located on a gentle slope and therefore has one floor on the front side and two floors on the back side. All the bedrooms look onto the garden. The spacious living room with a dining area for 12 people is very bright and has direct access to the garden and to the relaxation area. Next door you will find a well equipped kitchen with a serving hatch onto the living room, four cooker hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, two fridges and two freezers, dining table and access to the back garden, equipped with another table for outdoor lunches.
On the same floor there are two double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathroom and a large patio that gives direct access to the garden, a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a door leading to the garden. The main entrance of the house leads to the corridor dividing the rooms. A beautiful staircase decorated with colourful majolica tiles leads to other bedrooms.
On the lower floor, where it is always naturally cool, you will find a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom and a small bedroom with two separate beds and two bathrooms with a shower.
Villa Chris is the ideal accomodation for large groups of friends or families wishing to spend an absolutely relaxing holiday in the beautiful Maremma Coast, just a few steps away from the seaside, in total privacy and enjoying all modern facilities.
