Positive: The room was elegant, luxurious, and very comfortable. The panoramic view was absolutely stunning, and the hotel was spotlessly clean. Overall, the property itself is beautiful and in an amazing location.

Negative: The only disappointing part of our stay was the breakfast staff. They came across as unfriendly and, at times, quite rude. Even simple requests, such as asking to change our table, were met with a cold and sometimes harsh response. They would also speak to each other in their own language while responding to us very curtly, which made us feel unwelcome. Breakfast should be a relaxing and enjoyable start to the day, but instead it felt like being in a strict school environment rather than on a holiday. Improving the attitude and hospitality of the breakfast staff would make a significant difference to the overall guest experience. One thing to be aware of is that the hotel does not provide an iron or ironing board for guests. If you need your clothes ironed, the only option is to use the hotel’s paid laundry and ironing service.
