Positive: The location is good. The stuff is good and polite. They also recommend us some places to visit.

Negative: Unfortunately, our experience wasn’t great. The digital key didn’t work properly, we kept losing the connection between the phone and the key, which was very frustrating. Also, the dishwasher was missing, even though it’s listed among the property’s facilities. Another inconvenience was having to pick up a key from a different location. This doesn’t really make sense, especially when a digital key is supposed to be available. It would be much more convenient if the tax fee could be paid remotely and a direct link to the digital key provided instead. Lastly, the check-in instructions were only available in Italian. While it’s possible to use the traditional method on your phone, it would be much more helpful to have the instructions in English as well.
