It is located in the hill of Bellet on the heights of Nice and enjoys a south-facing location with a breathtaking sea view. At only a few minutes drive from the beaches and shops you are in absolute quietness in a small private street without passage.
The villa has three parts: the house, a guest apartment and a studio: each with its own kitchen, bathroom and terrace with sea view. In total there are 5 double bedrooms and 1 children's bedroom (bunk bed).
In the property you will find many corners inviting to relax. In the garden there is the swimming pool 4x10m with a small beach of 80 cm of water inviting the little ones to play or the older ones to relax in the water. On the leisure side there is the ping pong table, the sandbox for the children...
Also in the garden you will find the jacuzzi.
The house has air conditioning and fans.
There is a private parking lot.
The car is recommended because the villa is 4 km from the sea and town.
Bus connection from 7 am to 8 pm.
Family or group preference respectful of noise and neighbourhood. Music in the evening after 11 pm or very loud from morning to night is therefore not possible, nor is noise during the night.
