This beautiful, bright 35 sqm apartment with a view overlooking the principality is ideally located a few minutes from Monaco. Very bright this apartment can accommodate up to 4 people (double bed and sofa bed available). A washing machine and a Wifi connection are also included. Linens and towels will be provided. The numerous staircases of Beausoleil have earned it the name of "Little Montmartre". You can also appreciate the panorama on the Mediterranean Sea and on the coast of the French Riviera. The neighborhood is charming and welcoming, with many shops, bars and restaurants.

- Nice airport, 30 minutes away by car.
Sheets and towels are provided during the rental as well as an arrival kit to allow you to start your vacation. In this kit you will find shampoos and soaps, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 4 capsules nespresso, 1 garbage bag.
The cleaning costs include the cleaning that you will not have to do at the end of the stay and the rental of sheets and towels
