Welcome to 1937 Spring Garden, a fantastic historic property in the Fairmount - Art Museum neighborhood in Philadelphia. Because this is a corner unit 1 bedroom 1 bathroom home you will have lots of light coming in to greet you. The home is located on the 1st floor (so just one flight of stairs) of a 2 level property.

We are professional hosts and this is our living, hence you can be assured that while you will be able to reach a live person 24 hours a day, we will not be pestering you, other than to initially make sure that you are comfortable. So in short, we will be there for you when you need us.
One of my favorite things about this property is the tree-lined street and that with a walk score of 96 out of a 100 and it's considered a walkers paradise, so daily errands do not require a car.
As you enter the building you will be greeted by the huge original double doors and foyer with many of the original features still present providing lots of character, as you enter the condo, immediately to your right you will find the full bathroom, featuring walk in shower, and this is also where your very own washer and dryer is located.
The next room will be your bedroom featuring a queen-sized bed. Keep walking down the hallway and you will be greeted by the open floor plan living room, dining area, and kitchen, being a corner unit you'll have lots of light in the mornings to enjoy your morning coffee or a great place to relax the evening away with a glass of wine.
Other notable scores are that it has a Transit Score of 78 and is a 10-minute walk from the BSL NRG Station to Fern Rock TC at the Spring Garden Station - BSL stop. But just one block away from the start of local bus routes. If you are bringing your car the area offers free street parking (subject to availability) or if you prefer a parking garage you can find one just 2 blocks away at 420 N 20th St. please note its access hours of Mon - Fri6:00am - 6:00pm
Sat - Sun9:00am - 5:00pm. Its Called Rodin Place Parking garage. It is located on the left-hand side of N 20th St. (a one-way street) between Hamilton St. and Callowhill St. The building is right next door to Target.
