No pets are allowed and no smoking is permitted in the home. No parties or unauthorized guests are allowed. Storey Lake Resort does have a large space available with a TV for parties & gatherings outside of guests.

Please also respect the neighbors in the apartment complex, and monitor your noise levels at all times. Quiet hours are in place from 10:00pm - 8:00am.
