A few steps from the sea and the pine forest, in one of the most peaceful neighborhoods of Viareggio, but with all the services, there is this splendid cottage. Attention to detail and surrounded by a welcoming garden where you can relax, sunbathe or cool off on warm summer evenings. The house has been recently renovated and is very bright and clean. Guests have access to the garden furnished with umbrellas and deck chairs and to the laundry room. The owners live on the upper floor but the two houses are completely independent and have independent access from two different streets. Two bicycles are available with which they can reach the sea in five minutes, along the via dei Comparini or the city center along the viale dei tigli cycle path. Parking in front of the house, unlike all the city center, is free.
The pine forest is part of the San Rossore, Migliarino, Massaciuccoli park and leads to a splendid dune area of the free beach of the lecciona, and to the well-equipped bathing establishments of the dock.
By bicycle you can reach the center and the "walk" in ten minutes. From the central station you can quickly reach cities of art such as Pisa, Lucca, Pietrasanta, Cinque Terre, Carrara. In the hamlet of Torre del Lago there is the theater named after G. Puccini where the famous Puccini festival is held in summer.
