The most beautiful villages of the Chianti like Castellina and Radda in Chianti or the village of San Gimignano with its famous towers can be reached in half an hour by car. The area around the house is full of oaks, cypresses and vineyards. The location is amazing and the view extends for miles of greenery with beautiful ancient towers, farms and churches. The owner lives in the other apartment on the first floor and shares with the guests a large fenced-in natural lawn with children's games and the parking. At exclusive use of the guests there is the floodlit swimming pool (13x7 depth. 1.2-2.4 m) (04/05-12/10) heated with solar panels and with shower, jacuzzi bath (for 5 people), a gazebo equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining and a built in barbecue.
