APARTMENT ON LOCATION:
No smoking apartment, furnished, fully equipped and very comfortable, 27m2, exposed SOUTH / EAST, scheduled for 4 people (plus possibly an extra bed for a young child), in ground garden, fully refurbished, terrace 6m2 with views over the bay of Gigaro and Cap Lardier. You have free access to the large pool of the residence with 3 solariums where you can connect to free WiFi internet, tennis, bowling, table tennis, playground for children.
Composition of the apartment:

- A kitchen open to living room: fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob 4 burners, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kitchen equipment, crockery, glassware ...

- A living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a convertible chair 1 person, a dresser + flat screen TV, DVD player, radio. Sea view from the terrace and the living room.

MOST HASSLE FOR HOLIDAYS:
The residence is served all summer, from June to September, with a free shuttle service (30 minutes frequency.) That allow you without taking your car and without costly and problematic stresses due to parking in summer, joining surrounding beaches, the village of La Croix Valmer (2 Km.) and the seaside resort of Cavalaire-sur-mer.
Sylvabelle Beach, with its fine sand, bordered by rocks is directly accessible in 10 minutes. a secure footpath.
Héraclée the beach in 15 minutes. and Gigaro beach in 20 minutes.
RULES OF PROCEDURE:
Rentals are granted only weekly from Saturday 15h. to Saturday 10am. The residence is located in a well maintained park or the calm and gentle are the rule. Therefore, we look for people quiet, respectful and clean. You will be asked not to smoke inside the apartment but cigarettes are allowed on the terrace and, for reasons of hygiene, your small pets will not be admitted.
A security deposit of 500 € (not cashed) to cover any damage to the apartment and the residence will be requested at the keys. The deposit will be returned upon departure if no damage has occurred.
Thank you to leave the apartment at the check out in the same state of cleanliness that you have found on arrival. Incidentally, you will be asked at the arrival, to deposit a check of "cleaning deposit" of 80.00 € which will not be cashed and will be returned the day of departure after finding that the mutual 'rental clean state is the same as when you arrived.
Regarding TAX: It is set by the municipality to 0.99 € per day per person over 18 years. It is payable by check at the keys.
After your booking you will receive by mail the "Welcome booklet" that will give you all the information to reach your place of residence as well as useful information about your home, and its tourism environment to enable you to prepare the most of your stay.
