Delizioso appartamento con doppie entrate indipendenti.(al momento l'entrata secondaria che dal retro porta direttamente al primo piano è chiusa per motivi di sicurezza a causa lavori di ristrutturazione dello stabile vicino.Cio' non influenza il totale godimento della casa e della vista panoramica sul mare).Si trova immerso nella macchia mediterranea sopra una stupenda caletta dal mare cristallino raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti attraverso uno stretto viottolo in discesa che porta direttamente alla caletta.(non adatto per chi ha difficoltà di deambulazione).Ci sono comunque altre spiagge nelle vicinanze piu' accessibili.Il paese di Rio si trova a 1,3KM dotato di tutti i servizi e dove vi è la possibilita' di noleggiare macchine,motorini,biciclette, barche e gommoni. Il paese è famoso per i suoi innumerevoli ristoranti, tutti ottimi soprattutto per il pesce e per le ricette locali.La casa è composta da 2 livelli.Piano terra soggiorno ,angolo cottura, divano letto adatto per 2 bambino o per un adulto(o due adulti con corporatura non grossa)e bagnetto di servizio. Primo piano camera da letto matrimoniale, bagno .Dalla camera da letto si puo' accedere su un balcone dove si puo' ammirare una vista stupenda, si puo' vedere direttamente punta Ala e il golfo di Follonica e Piombino. In questo piano si puo' accedere anche da una entrata secondaria e indipendente dalla principale. Servendosi di una scala a chiocciola interna che mette in comunicazione i livelli della casa si accede alla mansarda, dovi ci dono 2 letti singoli, Da qua di può andare su un altro balcone e ammirare un magnifico panorama sul mare. L'appartamento ha un patio, dove si può mangiar e godersi momenti di relax su una sdraio con i suoni della natura e del mare. Possibilità di fare anche il barbecue esternamente.Possibilità di fare immersioni e snorkeling ai diving che si trovano in paese. In paese si trova anche il museo dei minerali, consigliato, e possibilita' di fare tour nelle miniere di Rio Marina, sia con un trenino per chi ha bambini che con una Jeep per i piu' avventurosi.
